We understand that sometimes it is difficult to receive the right denture care in Edmonton, especially if multiple visits are required or if you have mobility issues. That is why we created a mobile denture clinic that specializes in outpatient care. Our service benefits those who would not otherwise be able to access a denture clinic. As a mobile clinic, we serve patients mainly in hospitals, long term care facilities and retirement communities as well as private residences. We are experienced in difficult cases such as Parkinson’s, MS and dementia.
If you have a hectic schedule, we can attend to you at your residence at your convenience and bring everything we need to obtain bite recordings, impressions, chairside relines, repairs, and insertions as well as follow-up care.
Ensuring you have quality follow-up care once your new dentures are placed is a cornerstone of our practise.
Daniel Cameron received his diploma in dental lab technology in 1974. After working in the field for several years, he went back to school, where he studied electronics technology. He also worked for the Department of Transport in the Air Traffic Services Electronics division, working in sites such as Inuvik, Fort Nelson, Hay River, and finally in Edmonton. That work refined Daniel’s passion for precision and accuracy.
After an early retirement, Daniel went back to school and graduated in denturist technology because he loved working one-on-one with people and also loved working with his hands. After graduating with an honours diploma, he started his mobile denture clinic, serving the needs of people who could not get out for regular treatments.
He has worked on patients at many nursing homes and hospitals in the Edmonton region and now has opened up a new, modern, and up-to-date clinic with all the latest techniques and procedures. From economy dentures, right up to the high-precision equilibrated dentures, Dan does them all.
For those who speak Chinese, Dan’s wife Yuping can speak Mandarin and Cantonese fluently and often goes with him to translate during procedures. Together, they serve their motto that “it has to look good and function well.” They are not happy until you are happy.
During their off time, Dan and Yuping enjoy travelling (mainly to China), visiting family, going on outings with friends, and exploring Canada.
